The directory is informational

ScamDialer publishes user-submitted reports about phone numbers. We do not verify each individual report and we do not guarantee that any specific number is, or is not, being used by a scammer. Treat the directory as a research tool: it tells you what other people have reported, not who owns the line.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to harass anyone, to publish false reports against specific individuals or businesses, to scrape the site at a rate that affects other users, or to attempt to extract personal information about anyone listed. Reports that are clearly retaliatory, defamatory, or contain personal contact information of named individuals will be removed.

Submissions

By submitting a report you grant ScamDialer a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and display the report on the site, in mobile apps, in summary statistics, and in derivative works (for example, a printed safety guide). You retain ownership of your words.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ScamDialer is not liable for any decision you make based on information found on the site. If you receive a call you believe is fraudulent, contact the impersonated agency directly to verify before taking action.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
