What we collect
Scam Number List collects one kind of information: basic server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, request URL, timestamp) for every page view, which we retain for a short period purely for operational reasons such as detecting abuse and debugging issues. There is no account, no login and no submission form on this site, so there is nothing else for us to collect.
What we publish
Nothing you send us is published. The pages on this site are explanatory articles and a public FCC complaint summary; the site publishes no reader submissions and no pages about individual phone numbers.
What we don't do
We do not sell user data. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers. We do not embed third-party social network buttons that send data back to those networks. The site uses third-party advertising slots which may set their own cookies; you can opt out at youradchoices.com.
Cookies
The site itself does not set login cookies or analytics cookies in this build. Advertising slots, if enabled, may set cookies according to the ad network's own privacy policy.
Children
Scam Number List is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
